RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Invitation Cards and Accessories can be returned within 15 days from the day of receipt if it is ordered BLANK. i.e. Without printing of personalized wordings.

Invitation Cards and Accessories printed with your personalized wordings cannot be returned as there is no resell value of such a product. However, such printed invitation cards and accessories are always covered with NK Card's Guarantee.

In the event of BLANK invitation cards and accessories returned Shipping costs from our store to the destination point will be deducted. Any taxes, charges paid at the destination country are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs along with other charges and taxes to send back the goods to our store are to be borne by you. Refunds will be initiated within 7 Working days after receipt of the cards in good condition deducting the above amounts.

All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure box. Any virtual product like Digital Invitations and Video Invitations personalized with your details is not subject to any money back.
